I support the amendment of  zoning from A2 New Residential to G1 Community Infrastructure (lands to the east of Churchfields) and to amend the zoning from R/A Rural Area to A2 New Residential (adjacent to motorway) as an alternative site for housing.

This would permit the lands newly zoned as Community Infrastructure to be utilised as the entrance to new 80 acre public park for Ashbourne- already committed to and supported by local councillors,  whilst also allowing scope for residential development in the town.
