I agree with this proposal that the zoning of the area east of Churchfields (at the Graveyard), should be zoned according to the proposed amendment.

Ashbourne is in bad need of a community park as the town has a complete lack of accessible public greenspace. This has been highlighted during the pandemic when the residents of Ashbourne had very little greenspace to enjoy in our 5 kilometer radius. 
This land is perfect for the entrance to the park and is within walking distance of all the housing estates in the town. This Community park is vital for the town and this land is a major part of the plan. This is why I support the amendment
