I believe Ashbourne needs at least 80 acre regional park and to accommodate Ashbourne growth.
I recently moved to Ashbourne from [Redacted_Personal Information]. I feel Ashbourne lacks green spaces compared to Dublin.
Considering Ashbourne is a growing and attractive area to re-locating Dublin, I expect more and more people to relocate to Ashbourne. To support this growth and keep it as an attractive place to live, Ashbourne needs a decent public park.
Proposal of at least 80 acre park is very thoughtful and I am very supportive of it.
This land is perfect for park entrance and a lot of work is put in for planning this park. Building more residential housing in this land will jeopardise the park development.
I believe rezoning that land would be a good option to support 80 acres regional park.
