Meath County Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 38 of the Road Traffic Act 1994 and Section 46 of the Public Transport Regulation Act, 2009, as amended, hereby gives notice that it has prepared a scheme for the provision of bus stop facilities at three locations for both inbound and outbound bus services, consisting of 6 No. separate bus stop facilities and associated pedestrian facilities.
The Scheme provides for the:
Provision of new bus stops facility infrastructure including, but not limited to, new kerbing, pedestrian facilities, drainage works, bus stop poles, flags and carousel display units.
The plans and particulars of the proposed scheme will be available for inspection during office hours at the offices of the Local Authority listed below:
