Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 13 of the Planning and Development Acts, 2000-2018 that Meath County Council, being the Planning Authority for County Meath has prepared a draft Variation (No. 3) of the Navan Development Plan 2009-2015.
The draft Variation will give effect to an objective in the Regional Spatial and Economic Strategy for the eastern and midland region in relation to providing further employment opportunities in Navan through the rezoning of a parcel of land. The draft Variation will be referred to as Variation No. 3 and will amend the Navan Development Plan 2009-2015.

A copy of the draft Variation (No. 3) of the Navan Development Plan 2009-2015 along with the Strategic Environmental Assessment Screening Report, Appropriate Assessment Screening Report the Strategic Flood Risk Assessment and the Land Use Zoning Maps, will be available for inspection from Wednesday 19TH June until 4pm on Friday 19th July, 2019 at the following locations:

Written submissions or observations should be marked “Draft Variation No.3 to Navan Development Plan 2009-2015” and submitted to the Planning Department, Meath County Council, Buvinda House, Dublin Road, Navan, Co. Meath, C15 Y291 before 4pm Friday 19th July, 2019.
Submissions must include the full name and address of the person making the submission and where relevant, the body or organisation represented.
Submissions or observations with respect to the draft Variation (No. 3) of the Navan Development Plan 2009-2015 made to the Planning Department within the above said period will be taken into consideration before the making of a decision on the draft Variation.
