EXTINGUISHMENT OF PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY ON

THE ROAD BETWEEN L-3409-58 RATHOLDREN ROAD and L-34095-6 NEW LANE, NAVAN, CO. MEATH

Notice is hereby given that Meath County Council in pursuance of Section 73 of the Roads Act, 1993 proposes making an order to extinguish the public right of way described in the schedule hereto.

A map showing the section of the road on which the public right of way is proposed to be extinguished will be available for inspection at the following locations:-

  • Meath County Council, Buvinda House, Dublin Road, Navan, Co. Meath

between the hours of 9.00a.m. to 1.00p.m, Monday to Friday, except Bank Holidays from Friday, 20th November 2020 to Tuesday, 22nd December 2020.

Objections or representations may be made in writing to Administrative Officer, Transportation Section, Buvinda House, Dublin Road, Navan, Co. Meath or by email to transport@meathcoco.ie on or before 4.00p.m. on Monday, 18th January 2021.

Persons making objections or representations may make a request in writing to state their case at an oral hearing conducted by a person appointed by Meath County Council.

Description of Public Rights of Way Proposed to be Extinguished

That section of road leading from local road L-3409-58 Ratholdren Road to L-34095-6 New Lane in the Townland of Abbeyland in the District Electoral Division of Navan and the County of Meath and between the points A - A1 and B - B2, shown on Drawing No. CS – 105, of the deposited map.
