With regards to the proposed carpark to be sited at the new community hub in Enfield I, as a resident of the town must object as there is already ample parking in the town in the local train station, on street parking and other carparks in the town proper.
Relocation of the bus stop to the train station may ease matters, but there is a major opportunity to turn the current space where the secondary school is to a community space that can help grow the town proper and foster a welcoming environment and not a lifeless shell on the road to Dublin like what has occurred in other towns.
