MEATH COUNTY COUNCIL NON-STATUTORY PUBLIC CONSULTATION
A Draft Masterplan (MP31) at Manorlands, Trim, Co. Meath
A Draft Masterplan (MP 31), for lands located at Manorlands, Trim, Co. Meath has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of Section 11.15 – Masterplans of the Meath County Development Plan 2021 – 2027 (as amended). The purpose of the Draft Masterplan is to provide a sustainable, policy-aligned framework that will guide the long-term development of the subject lands incorporating a range of commercial, residential and recreational uses. This Masterplan aims to ensure that an integrated approach is taken to the phasing, management and overall development of all lands designated within the Masterplan area. The development of the Manorlands is envisaged by the Council as enhancing the existing Trim Town Centre, whilst also creating a vibrant and sustainable neighbourhood that can cater for the diverse need of its residents and visitors.
The Draft Plan will be available for inspection from Tuesday 22 September to 12 noon 9th October 2026 online at https://consult.meath.ie/ and also at the following locations (during normal opening hours):
In writing marked “Draft Masterplan (MP 31)” and submitted to: Senior Executive Officer, Planning Department, Meath County Council, Buvinda House, Dublin Road, Navan, Co. Meath, C15 Y291
Non-Statutory submissions must include the full name and address of the person(s) making the submission and where relevant, the body or organisation represented. Please note that submissions received by Meath County Council will be available for public viewing on the Council’s consultation portal and website, when compliant under General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
Non-statutory submissions must be received by 12 noon on Friday 09 October 2026.
Late or emailed non-statutory submissions will be considered as invalid and cannot be accepted.
All submissions received during the above time period will be taken into consideration before the making of the final Public Realm Plan.

Making a Non-Statutory Submission
Non-statutory submissions can be made on the Draft Masterplan (MP 31) by ONE medium only i.e. online or hard copy and made as follows:
