NOTICE OF PROPOSED EXTENSION OF THE
MEATH COUNTY DEVELOPMENT CONTRIBUTION SCHEME 2016 – 2021 (as amended)
Notice is hereby given that Meath County Council, being the Planning Authority for County Meath, proposes to extend the Meath County Development Contribution Scheme 2016 – 2021 (as amended) by one year with a further one year extension if required.
The Meath County Development Contribution Scheme 2016 – 2021 (as amended) was made in accordance with the provisions of Section 48 of the Planning and Development Acts 2000 to 2021 and can be viewed at
- The Planning Department, Meath County Council, Buvinda House, Dublin Road, Navan, Co. Meath C15 Y291. Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 1.00pm and 2.00pm and 4.00pm
- or online on Meath County Council’s online consultation portal https://consult.meath.ie
Making a Submission/Observation:
Submissions/observations can be made on the Proposed Extension to the Meath County Development Contribution Scheme 2016 - 2021 (as amended) between Wednesday 3rd November and 4pm on Tuesday 30th November inclusive, via the following two options only;
- Registering on https://consult.meath.ie/ where you can then make a submission/observation on the Proposed Extension to the Scheme.
- Written submissions/observations can also be made. These should be marked Proposed Extension to the Meath County Development Contribution Scheme 2016 – 2021 (as amended)” and submitted to the Planning Department, Meath County Council, Buvinda House, Dublin Road, Navan, Co. Meath C15 Y29. Submissions/observations must include the full name and address of the person(s) making the submission and where relevant, the body or organisation represented. Please note that submissions/observations will be made public on the website and at the office of the Planning Department.
Please note submissions that are emailed cannot be considered and will be returned.
