NOTICE OF DRAFT VARIATION (NO. 1) OF THE TRIM DEVELOPMENT PLAN 2014-2020
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 13 of the Planning and Development Acts, 2000-2018 that Meath County Council, being the Planning Authority for County Meath has prepared a draft Variation (No. 1) of the Trim Development Plan 2014-2020.
The draft Variation (No.1) will incorporate the key tenets of the Economic Development Strategy for County Meath 2014 – 2022, as they relate to land-use planning, into the Trim Development Plan. The draft Variation will be referred to as Variation No. 1 and will amend the text and accompanying maps of the Trim Development Plan 2014-2020.
Information
A copy of the draft Variation (No. 1) of the Trim Development Plan 2014-2020, along with the Strategic Environmental Assessment Report, the Strategic Flood Risk Assessment, the Natura Impact Report, the Residential Evaluation Maps and the Land Use Zoning Maps, will be available for inspection from Wednesday 19TH June until 4pm Friday 19th July, 2019 at the following locations:

Written submissions or observations should be marked “Draft Variation (No. 1) to TDP 2014-2020” and submitted to the Planning Department, Meath County Council, Buvinda House, Dublin Road, Navan, Co. Meath, C15 Y291 before 4pm Friday 19th July, 2019.
Submissions must include the full name and address of the person making the submission and where relevant, the body or organisation represented. Submissions or observations with respect to the draft Variation (No. 1) of the Trim Development Plan 2014-2020 made to the Planning Department within the above said period will be taken into consideration before the making of a decision on the draft Variation.
